He has worked closely with owners on business valuation, strategic growth, profit planning, pricing strategies, capital funding, or buy-side transactions. Jeff advises clients with succession planning involving family, employees, or other related parties. He also creates strategies for owners that tie key people to the company through compensation models, phantom stock and/or bonus programs.
