Chris is a growth, sales, and strategy specialist. He’s also been an entrepreneur since the age of 10 when he picked and sold wild blackberries and apples from a stand in front of his house in Washington State.

Serving in three fast-growing tech startups over the past 17 years, he’s seen firsthand the joys and struggles of rapid growth.

Chris is the founder of ALIGN, a business growth consultancy, and CreativeSales, a sales training and coaching company. Through his courses, he helps sales pros and business owners think outside the “industry box” and develop a repeatable sales process that helps their customers win every time.

He is a passionate advocate of flourishing business – business that is good for the owners, employees, customers, and the communities they serve.

He and his family spend most of their time between Los Angeles, CA, and Greenville, SC. He loves mountains and on a good day you’ll find him running up one or snowboarding down one.
