Jonathan Crandall, CSP is the Chief Visionary of JC Grounds Management, a commercial landscaping and snow removal management company in Danvers MA. Jonathan entered into the world of entrepreneurship 25 years ago starting the company in high school mowing neighborhood lawns. As the years went on the company evolved as commercial only and snow service focused. Jonathan is motivated to continue to grow and learn which has been exhibited through his involvement in organizations such as Entrepreneur’s Organization, serving as the Boston chapter president in 2011/12. Jon is currently serving as Vice Chair for The Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA). He is also an active member of Strategic Coach, and multiple industry mastermind Groups. He has dedicated his time to furthering his knowledge in the snow industry, and constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, incorporate new technology, and better serve his customers. Jon spends much of his free time with his wife Heather, twin girls Ava and Julia and son Jackson. He has a strong passion for health and enjoys hiking in the white mountains of New Hampshire with his dog Bessie. Together they bi-weekly all seasons and have completed several goal focused hiking lists including the 48 4000 footers, 52 with a view, Terrifying 25 and the Winter 48 4000 footers.
