Tom Farinacci II is the leader you can rely on to help your company get to where it needs to be. He brings over 30 years of business leadership experience, helping business owners in need of a “rock solid foundation” who want to operate their business to their maximum potential. Whether it is a large service business who seeks growing revenue forecast or a smaller successful business ready to sell Tom utilizes his service business experience to the maximum potential to help those clients. He works with Business Owners to look at their current operations and helps troubleshoot any potential areas that can be optimized, streamlined and organized to result in an efficient performance needed to maximize the company’s bottom line profit.  

Prior to his consulting practice, Mr. Farinacci was President of a large Commercial Maintenance and Construction Landscaping Firm for over 30 years. With this job description came a multitude of complex issues with being a service industry driven market. Employee moral and turnover, equipment service and maintenance issues, marketing strategies, field service quality, and competitive pricing in low profit margin industry were only a few of his challenges. But with a lot of hard work and perseverance all of these issues were overcome and streamlined to the optimum performance levels. As his company grew through the years he also did two acquisitions in 2012 and 2017 to grow the company to where it needed to be for an exit plan to be accomplished.  With these two acquisitions did come a new set of challenges to be managed.  Merging two companies with different concepts, dozens of employees with cultural differences, and service methods had its own original innovative ways to accomplish. The ultimate goal was to grow the business so large that it had such a market share that a nationwide company would like to acquire the business and have an instant presence in the region. In February 2020 that goal became a reality with the sale of his corporation to a nationwide landscape company.

With all of the experience and lessons that were acquired through the years, Mr. Farinacci wants to continue to help successful business owners with directing or consulting to optimize their potential business operations. Weather it is to maximize profits for years to come or help create an achievable advantageous exit strategy as a business consultant or coach he works with you every step of the way.

Mr. Farinacci holds a BS in Industrial Technology Design and Development with a minor in Horticulture from Sam Houston State University. While attending college in 1995-1997 was voted in as the President of the prestigious Agriculture Honor Society Delta Tau Alpha. He has acquired multiple certifications from the Green Industry through the years. Tom enjoys boating and time with his wife of 20 years and 3 children with all of their sporting and extra circular activities.
