He is a landscape industry certified technician and manager and is a certified professional horticulturalist. Joel is a veteran serving in the Army Honor Guard, has served as President of the Landscape Contractor’s Association of MD/VA/DC and chaired the International Certification Council for NALP. He and his wife, Irene, have 4 children: JC, Jacob, Brandon, and Lauren.
