Note from Shannon: I hadn’t seen the questions in advance of the podcast and had just been deep in Ibram Kendi’s book “How to be an Antiracist” (highly recommend!) so went back a long way on the leadership book question. Let me add here my most recent faves “Dare to Lead” by Brené Brown and “The Leader within us” by Warren Rustand! Enjoy!
